Mobile Shack!

Recent discussions have taken place about the possibility of having a mobile shack on the Island to use for field events, promoting Amateur Radio etc.
I attach details of one member’s suggestion.

RAF 90yrs old - RAFARS 70yrs old

On Tuesday 1st April the RAF will celebrate its 90th anniversary. The RAF Amateur Radio Society (RAFARS) will be celebrating its 70th anniversary. A number of special event stations will operate on that day and GB0AOA will be on the air from the Isle of Man (mainly on 80mt). Why not give them a call to celebrate such an important event.
