Foundation Licence Additional Frequencies
A new document can be found on the Ofcom website http://www.ofcom.org.uk/radiocomms/ifi/tech/interface_req/ir_2028.pdf It says that Foundation Licence holders will be allocated 28.000 to 29.700 mhz from 01-Oct-06.
