I never knew that we had a Radio Mast Regulations act on the Isle of Man; whilst this clearly mainly applies to commercial radio transmission it is never the less interesting to read.

Canada is now able to operate on 60Mt

Canada Amateur Radio Stations has been granted five frequencies on 60m:

5332 kHz, 5348 kHz, 5358.5 kHz, 5373 kHz, and 5405 kHz.

The frequencies match those allocated to USA operators so that the option of using these frequencies for emergency operations becomes practical.

A maximum of 100 Watts will be allowed, for more details see the following link.
