Radical changes to the UK DMR system.

From midnight on Monday 8th february all UK slot1 talkgroups will become User Activated.
You will hear nothing on a user activated talkgroup unless someone has already activated that talkgroup on your local repeater; therefore scanning on those talkgroups to listen for people calling CQ will be none productive.
